Elan Luxury Apartments & Rooms

Neue Zimmer, wir haben das günstigste Zimmer gebucht, es ging nach hinten raus und hatte keinen Balkon, aber für eine Übernachtung auf dem Peaks of the Balkans mehr als ausreichend. Als wir ankamen, war sofort ein Mitarbeiter aus der Bar zur Stelle und hat uns die Zimmerschlüssel gegeben. Das Frühstück wird in der Bar zubereitet, dort wird abends geraucht, wir saßen allerdings auf der Terrasse an der frischen Luft. Der Kaffee wurde uns nicht extra berechnet. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

The room itself is comfortable and with commodities. Breakfast was abundant and Plav lake is 7min walking distance

The owner ot the apartments treated us with zero professionality. He did not show any kindness to us, limiting himself to give us the key and receive the money. He did not even tell us things owners usually say, like where the room is, time for breakfast, how we were....nothing

Po nasem dolasku su nas obavijestili da nemaju nista slobodno. I da ne mozemo boraviti kod njih. Kasnije su nam nasli smjestaj na skroz drugom mjestu. Jako neozbiljno i neodgovorno. Ne preporucujem ovaj smjestaj nikom.

Je ne parlerai ni de la chambre, ni du petit déjeuner car à l'arrivée à l'hôtel, réservé depuis des mois, on nous a avertis qu'aucune chambre n'était disponible... et donc d'aller voir ailleurs.

Si booking veut garder son sérieux, il ne doit plus faire confiance à cet établissement.

A szobák alatt disco van esténként, csaladoknak, idosebbeknek nem ajánlom. Nincs klima

It was clean.

If you want to sleep - don’t book here. The hotel owns the loudest playing night club/bar in town, situated in the same building, which made the walls shake. What a weird concept. They played trash pop with techno beats until early morning and even closing the windows and being on the third floor didn’t help at all. Which by the way was a problem of its own, as the room was scorching hot without air condition - unbearable during the summer.
