The pillows were too thick. The parking lot is difficult to access, unpaved and crowded with guests of the cafe, which is located within the accommodation, so your car may be blocked or you may not find a parking space at all.

It was very clean, had all the minimal necessities, great for a short-term stay. Close to the shops and the lake. The restaurant below has more than decent prices and huge portions. The breakfast was included and also big. Ate one for 2.

I was a little confused about finding the parking. It was behind the building. Also, I wish the blanket on the bed was also double-sized instead of 2 blankets for one.

The bed is to small for 2persons For ballkan peopels , for asian peopel is ok

The service, the views, the rooms, the accommodation and the friendliness. We over slept because we had such a good night of sleep and they gave us a later check out.

The restaurant/lounge was good

Absolutely dreadful experience. The water pressure was barely a trickle, making showers almost impossible. This they said was due to the lack of rainfall and that the town reservoir was being rationed. Additionally, the temperature in the region got up to 35 degrees and there was no AC or fan. The room was unbearably hot, like a sauna. All we got told was that we could open the balcony door and that it gets cold at night. To make matters worse, there was no mini fridge in the room, so forget about keeping anything cool. With the balcony door opened, the noise from traffic and local dogs was constant and deafening, making it impossible to get any sleep. Cables were haphazardly hanging out of the walls, making the room feel like a construction site. We checked out the next morning, having arrived late the night before, but the hotel owner flat-out refused to refund us for the remaining nights we didn’t stay. The management was unhelpful. This place is an absolute disaster—save yourself the misery and stay far away from Elan. It’s a complete waste of time and money.
