The staff and facilities were outstanding. The location was perfect and the price point was excellent.

More umbrellas by the pool and there were no garbage bins available on the property.

The breakfast provided by the hotel was excellent.

The tap water was indicated to be non-potable. That was somewhat frustrating. Also, the warnings for this were not prominent.

I loved the room the ambience our room was nice abs clean the area close to everything the front desk staff was exceptional she went above and beyond to make our trip worthwhile informed us on how to get to Anguilla and Pinel Island and also arranged our taxi

The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast it could of been a little more items on the menu since it was breakfast included we ordered an omelette thinking it was included but didn’t know it was an extra price

"INCREDIBLE VALUE AT A 4 STAR RESORT"

My family has been visiting Orient bay for many years and we have stayed at other hotels in the area. Palm Court is by far the best value with 4 star accommodations. The free breakfast by the pool was wonderful. Fresh croissants straight from the oven! The Junior Suite Family room was perfect, with 2 large king beds, kitchenette and spacious patio with loungers and outdoor seating in the garden. Anne with the reception is charming and warm. All the staff are so kind and helpful. Loungers at Wai Plage on Orient beach included- BIG PLUS! We will return! LOVED, LOVED LOVED OUR STAY!!!

"We spent two weeks and really had no problems. Enjoyed the location and convenience!"

Location was excellent for proximity to village and beach. Breakfast was always ready at 7 am and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also appreciated the ice machine for use in filling cooler before going to the beach. Dinner at Ti Palm was also very very good!

Pricing can always be better!
