"Superb"

Well located near the beach and restaurants Included an very adequate breakfast. Room is quite large with an outdoor seating area. Parking on site Friendly staff. Not luxurious but very comfortable

Bathroom has a window into the bedroom which isn't ideal for privacy. Shower temperature and water pressure were usually ok, but a few times not quite hit enough

Would not have stayed at this hotel if we knew there would be water shut offs.

"Nice vacay but too dry"

The facility was clean, staff was very nice, location was perfect, nice & relaxing. The only reason I have Palm Court a low rating was because 1/2 of the time we were there, there was NO RUNNING WATER. Not the facility's fault, residual damage to the pipes from hurricane Irma that are still not fixed. Hurricane Irma was 5 years ago & still major water problems. No running water which means no showers. Coming back from the beach & no running water to get the sunscreen & sand off of you. Guests were bathing in the pool. Unbelievable

NO RUNNING WATER!!! Not the facility's fault

Friendly staff. spacious room. comfortable bed. good AC. Pool very nice. Only a few minutes walk to the beach, bars and restaurants.
