Location, working Wi-Fi.

1) One of the reason I chose this hotel was a possibility to pay by card (visa) but when I checked in I was told that it’s impossible, only cash. If you guys offer some service pls make it working. It shouldn’t be my problem as a guest if smth is not working in your hotel. 2) restaurant - everything is too slow, u can wait even a juice for 1 (!!!) hour despite the fact that there are maybe 2 persons in restaurant. They can forget about your order as well.

"Too expensive for what you get"

Dark room, poor meal choices (no vegetarian options). A lot of people come to see sunrise at the Baobab alley, so it would be nice if hotel offered at least coffee early (5am), but nothing is available

Great location, with direct access to the beach. Beach views from the pool and restaurant. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The rooms don’t look out at the beach. While they are perfectly comfortable, they are a bit plain and lack charm.
