El restaurante muy bueno ,

Las habitaciones sin calefacción y están más cerradas las ventanas , noche horrible , las maletas hay que subir a mano No hay recepción El desayuno un desastre No recomiendo el hotel a nadie y es la primera vez que hago una crítica negativa porque antes de coger un hotel lo miro y se a donde voy Venir a comer o cenar eso si es muy recomendable

This hotel is in a fabulous location and the food and wine is superb. I really want to be able to score it higher as with a bit of attention to detail they could so easily be sensational

We had booked a room with Mountain View. We were given a room at the back of the hotel with a view of the road! The reception staff’s English was not strong enough for us to be able to explain this. We were supposed to get a bathrobe, slippers and washing machine (one of the reasons we booked here) but had none of these. Disappointing to not get what you book and hence the lower score.

La cuisine du restaurant est vraiment typique et bonne Chambre correcte et literie bonne

Chambre sombre, volets et stores cassés Pas de service de nettoyage des chambres Pas de bouteille d'eau, de sticks de café et/ ou thé en accueil Pas d'insonorisation de la chambre.. Pour avoir une vue, il fallait se mettre à 4 pattes...

Everything was amazing. 10/10 without doubt.

Everything was perfect. The breakfast and the dinner are great!!!

Everything was perfect starting from the staff, the rooms, the restaurant, the food, the decor. The rooms was equipped with air conditioner as well as electric heater.

There was no drying fan in the room but they provided us with one upon request. The bed was croaking a bit, but not a big deal.

They cleaned the Hall and the dining rooms at six in the morning.
