Crowne Plaza Resort Saipan

Our stay at Crowne Plaza Resort Saipan was absolutely wonderful. From the welcoming hospitality to the stunning surroundings, everything went beyond our expectations. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Kyra was exceptional, ensuring all my needs were taken care of with her kindness and professionalism. The amenities truly enhanced our experience, and my kids especially loved the pools and they had so much fun in the Kids Club Room & ate lots of pizza. I loved the ambiance in the Cultural Museum Lounge. When it was time to check out, Guy smoothly handled updating my payment information without any hassle. Thank you for the wonderful experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Saipan and are already looking forward to returning!

Wow! I'm rarely surprised, but this resort was a 10 out of 10. Beach front with gorgeous crystal clear water, wonderful cuisine, so reasonably priced, and the staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. I wouldn't have considered Saipan a vacation destination previously, but we will be back here again!

This hotel is very nice. The location is perfect. It’s close to shopping and restaurants. The staff were all very nice. Virgie in Mari bar was so sweet. The only downside was the water pressure. Our rooms shower head wouldn’t stay up. The grounds were very clean and beautiful. The beach chairs and umbrella were very relaxing.

Outstanding Hotel. Don't look any further. This is the one! Pools were awesome Live music. Desk staff was amazing. We will be back! Rooms were very clean. Close to everything. Please type of parking. Beach was very Clean. Activities on Multiple days as well.

My friends and I really enjoyed the food and the overall ambiance at Mari Bar. The Friday band was great! They played excellent songs, and the food was consistently good. The prices, especially with the happy hour discount, were reasonable. The cocktail drinks were okay, not the best, but acceptable. However, the customer service was disappointing. Many of the staff were rude, which made the experience uncomfortable. I was born here and am half Filipino, so I can understand and speak Tagalog. Unfortunately, we overheard staff speaking negatively about other customers and possibly even their colleagues. This behavior made my friends and me very uncomfortable, and we just wanted to leave. The bartenders were not very friendly either. One bartender, in particular, seemed noticeably nicer and flirtatious only toward guests who appeared military or high-class. This was very disappointing especially knowing they are fellow Filipinos. It honestly made me feel ashamed.

The service attitude of Max at the swimming pool is extremely poor. He was unresponsive when I asked about the pool's operating hours, and even showed impatience when answering basic questions about locker usage. His unfriendly demeanor really ruined the overall experience of visiting the pool, and I hope the management can address this issue promptly to improve customer satisfaction.

The service attitude of Max at the swimming pool is extremely poor. After it rained, my child was completely soaked. Since we didn't bring the swimming card, he refused to give even a single towel to my child. We told him that the child was very cold, but he said he didn't care at all. Such indifference and lack of basic empathy are really disappointing. It's unacceptable for a staff member to treat customers, especially children, with such a dismissive attitude. I hope the management can take this seriously and improve their service quality.
