Crowne Plaza Resort Saipan

We’ve been on Saipan for 9 days, and there are only two 5-star hotels on the island. We first stayed at Crowne Plaza Hotel for 4 days, then switched to Kensington Hotel—but Kensington’s service was really disappointing. The rooms were only cleaned once every two days, and its beach wasn’t kid-friendly at all, with lots of corals everywhere. What’s more, all the pools at Kensington had to close for a break every noon. We didn’t have a good time there, so we moved back to Crowne Plaza, which turned out to be perfect for a family vacation with kids. Every staff member at Crowne Plaza is warm and welcoming, and the rooms are always kept clean. A special shout-out goes to Tracy and Gerald at the café—she’s extremely friendly, loves kids, and is always ready to help solve any problems you might have. If you’re traveling with little ones to Saipan, Crowne Plaza is definitely the way to go!

A big thumbs up to Tracy at the Crown Resort's café! My experience at the Crown Resort in Saipan was made even more wonderful because of Tracy. As a staff member at the café, her service is truly impressive. She communicates fluently in Chinese throughout. Whether it's asking about drink flavors, recommending local specialties, or inquiring about tourist information around the hotel, she is patient, meticulous, and responds quickly and appropriately. Her enthusiasm is not a forced politeness, but a sincere warmth from the heart, making people feel askind as a friend even in a foreign country. Every time I go to the café, seeing her smile makes me feel particularly comfortable. You can always count on her for any needs; she's definitely a "thoughtful little helper"! I truly believe that good service can double the pleasure of a vacation, and Tracy is exactly that. She definitely deserves a perfect 100 points!

We had a wonderful 2-night family stay at Crowne Plaza Saipan. The location is unbeatable, at the heart of Garapan, right on the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The pool and dining options were perfect for families, and the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Thank you to John, Alex, and Kyra at Front Desk for a smooth check-in and check-out process. And thank you to Tracy at Marketplace for the hospitality. It was a relaxing staycation for my whole family.

This resort hotel definitely gets a five star rating! The rooms were magnificent and very, very clean, the staff is extremely hospitable and eager to help. The property is beautiful and they will accommodate any and all request. The beach is beautiful and the pool is very very nice. I highly recommend the bar and definitely ask for Cris as your bartender! Das was an amazing host representing the hotel. The experiences and the friendships we found will last forever in my memories. I highly recommend you book this hotel!

Eni and Lucy are the absolute best! Fun, accommodating, and great baristas. They were here on my last trip in March and what I looked forward to most upon my return.

This resort was wonderful! So many amenities and such an abundance of pleasant staff. The manager of the hotel is extremely active and present. There wasn’t one day I didn’t see a smile on his face or a helping hand from any team members. Tracy and Gerald are two special rock stars with a great sense of humor and hospitality so I have to give them a shout out. 5/5 !
