Violet Inn Hotel

The hotel is very well located in front of the beach. The meals are served in one of the best restaurants in town (DFC). I believe the best part was the employees, they were very friendly and attentive solving any requests we had.

Immediately after the booking reservation the manager contacted us to arrange transportation and have everything ready prior to our arrival (made reservations almost 3 months before the arrival). The manager named Aful was really friendly and happy to help is with everything, like external activities such as snorkeling and even if we didn't order, a taxi was waiting for us at the airport when we have arrived or leaving:) The accomodation doesn't have a restaurant inside the place but it's like 2,3 min by foot from the place where we have eaten every day. We didn't choose lunch in the final price because we also wanted to go somewhere else on the island to try other things too (not expensive at all, like normal prices and we are from Croatia). The reason why we have chosen this island was because it is really small local island to stay 3-4 days and only relax :) not to mention that even if we have gone to South and the capital, the island Dharavandhoo has the most beautiful and delicious fresh juices (pineapple, watermelon, papaya, mango, passion fruit, lime, orange, well everything hehe :)) P.s. As this is the local island people eat here more spicy food then compared to some other islands which are more touristic ones. P.p.s. they will always accept their local currency but they accept dollars or credit, trully recommending to have Revolut! -> fyi: 1 dollar is 15 Maldivian rufiyaa in the North whilst 10 in the South,so be sure to check prior to paying.

Very nice, clean and beautiful place. The room, service, food just an amazing! There is a DFC restaurant close to the place, also belonging to the same family business, it’s the best place in Maldives to have a memorable barbecue dinner. They have all types of excursions, Hanifaru bay is just 5 minutes away from here, so we joined the manta trip and saw 5 mantas on the cleaning station. Thank you very much for unforgettable vacation!
