Love the location. Just out of the main centre of town so nice and quiet but a quick 5 min walk into town.

Staff was pleasant

The sheets and pillow cases smelled like mildew and the bed was hard

Very quiet, great pools, comfy beds nice showers with lots of hot water. Staff were very friendly and helpful. And very clean!

A Bigger bed would have fit in the room and been better for couples. The double is a bit small. And more comfortable chairs in the lounge areas would be a nice upgrade.

The location was excellent. We wanted to check out San Pancho on an overnight from Puerto Vallarta. The lodging was well located the staff were very friendly and helpful in allowing us to use bathroom facilities prior to check in and upon leaving after check out. They were very kind in all respects. The accommodations were well appointed and spacious. It was really a well priced apartment like setting. We recommend it highly.

Notre chambr familiale deluxe qui était vendu avec 1 lit simple et 1 lit double, avait seulement un très petit lit double et un lit de appoint pliable sans draperie, j'ai donc dû couvrir mon enfant de serviette pour dormir. Si nous aurions dû qu'il s'agissait de cela nous n'aurions pas louer a cet établissement.
