Excellent location right by the nicest beach in Huatulco.

The WiFi was only available in the lobby and it was quite stuffy in the room even though there is a fan.

I loved the staff, very helpful even tho they didn't speak English much but used their phone's translator.

No filtered water supplied in the room, black mould in the shower on walls & windows, without any water one day for 24 Hrs., owner(s) have 3 dogs that bark constantly day & night and owner(s) don't care, upon arrival had to ask for towels & toilet paper, room cleaning was sporadic, outdoor fountain was nice but not clean & had built up algae, lots of large cracks in the walls between the building which I could see the outside & down 2 levels of the entire hotel, stains on linens yet they have a sign if I damaged any linen I'd be charged 300 P for each. I was so disappointed because it looks very nice on the outside, yet the repairs & upkeep of the entire hotel is lacking considerably. The price is overrated for this hotel, and shouldn't be on the Booking.Com website at all.

The location is really nice and it was quiet when I stayed in December. I was fine without air conditioning too. The beds are firm but very comfortable, it had everything I needed.

The staff were exceptional.

The people the location and it was a chance to stay in a REAL Mexican hotel. The pool The park across the street and a wonderful beach 4 min. Away. As an added bonus one of the owners is Italian and drove us up town a couple of times and gave good recommendations. His best tip go to the beach at 6:00 to watch the sunrise.

If you expect a room where all the things are in good condition this is not the place for you. The furniture is in rough shape but mostly functional.The beds were good . The balcony was very nice. We would stay again.

The location was ideal. There was a pleasant park across the street and we were within short walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants.

It is a no-frills hotel but that is what we expected for the low price in a good location.

It was a nice hotel, conveniently located in Huatulco, internet worked well (in the wi-fi zone) sucked in the room, staff was friendly and helpful. There is a lovely park next to the hotel. Dog friendly.

The Internet was awful in the room, but worked fine in the "wi-fi zone" No complaints really, basic room.

Friendly staff. Close to beach. Nice pool. Terrace with tables. Access to fridge and microwave. Air conditioning and fans.

Floor and light fixtures were dirty, although they cleaned them after we asked. Filtered water not provided.
