The staff was so nice

It doesn’t have tv in the bedroom and I doesn’t have power connection next to the bed to charge our phones

New room with kitchenette was nice and clean. Mostly quiet and they were dog friendly. The air conditioning, wi-fi, and little refrigerator worked well.

It has a lot of potential but still needs some work to be comfortable. Simple things like a bedside table with a lamp and an outlet to plug in your phone, by the bed AND by the couch, would help a lot. I hit my shin multiple times on the bed frame. There are very few outlets. It would also help a lot to have an office with a reception desk and someone available to help. When I showed up it was deserted and there was just a man with a key. No check-in process. It was especially confusing with the language barrier.

Not a big deal but the bed was a little too hard and the sofa but nothing worng

Nice and comfortable with no issues could sleep up to 4 ppl.

We had hot water at night but no hot water in the morning showers. The hot water was turned off. Maintenance guy fix it a little too late. But still not bad.

Third year staying at Collins village Will continue to do do. Close to restaurants
