1. when we arrived the rooms weren’t ready; they were dirty, tidy and the staff started to clean while we were in the rooms. Very uncomfortable situation. 2. The rooms were FREEZING COLD!! We couldn’t sleep because of the cold!! there were no heaters in the rooms and very few quilts. 3. Very short on staff!! We felt very secluded and alone during our stay. No one was available to help us! we asked for quilts for all the rooms and never brought them. 4. No wifi in the rooms. 5. The water from the faucets came dirty and yellow during all our stay. 6. The beds very small

We loved that there was a patio and nice hangout spot! It’s pretty close to all the vineyards and restaurants nearby! The staff were super helpful and friendly!

I would love it if the unit came with a carbon monoxide detector. I brought my own. Having it can help save lives!

nice to be in valle but the place wasn’t even fully constructed yet and barely had a staff. just a groundskeeper that throws loud parties at night for his local friends

unfinished hotel construction. pee and blood stains on couch and bedsheets. no hot water for showers.

The property is very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is just the right size for two people. The room is supplied with everything I needed. Very quiet area.

The mattress is not comfortable. Clean towels should have been offered every day. The road to the property is rough and not paved, easily to get lost. No signs from the main highway to direct you to the property.
