Great location, clean, friendly.

Great location, great decor, great staff, very clean

Isn’t private, you can easily hear from room to room or reception to rooms, other than that it’s perfect!

This hotel is exactly as described. It is clean and with friendly staff. The first room I checked into had a ticking noise in the bathroom and the next day I requested a room change and the front desk helped immediately.

The bathroom layout is too tight.

Excelente costo-beneficio

The hotel is quite centrally located and it was easy to access the town centre. It was also not a far walk (although quite uphill) to the Mirador de Oaxaca, which gives great views of the whole city. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

There was no safe in the room, and the shower took a while to warm up. The bathroom was a bit cramped, to use the sink you have to close the bathroom door because it opens right into the sink. I was on the ground floor and it was a bit noisy to the street (although fine once it was past 11pm/midnight so sleeping was okay)
