Hotel San Jose

The hotel is located almost on the main square. The room are big and clean. Towel are changed daily, there are spots to open you luggage and some hangers for the clothes. In the structure there’s a bar restaurant with a local offer both for price and food. The staff is very nice. It’s a fair quality for price.

The all structure is an old colonial building that could have an enormous potential, unlikely is left getting old without particulate attention.

My (second) room was very spacious with good hot water pressure, clean enough, pretty good wifi and socket near the bed. Location is right by the city hall square - convenient but noisy.

The first room I got was pretty miserable. The shower head was completely rusty, all clogged, practically unusable. The water pressure in the sink was also weak. I don't understand why they give this room to people. When you get to your room please check the shower first and if it's terrible ask for a replacement. I had to bear one night because I didn't check it until late night, but when I asked I got a different room immediately. Overall, this hotel definitely needs a renovation. It's very old and it shows.
