El personal de limpieza es muy amable, instalaciones limpias y cómodas, la ubicación está muy bien está al lado de una plaza

La alberca no es climatizada, y el buffett es solo desayuno americano

Mi habitación daba al interior así que veía hacia una azotea y por lo tanto mantuve la cortina, está muy bien ubicado muy cerca del malecón, dos Oxxos, varios restaurantes, bancos, al lado hay otra plaza con Palacio de Hierro y enfrente otra plaza con Liverpool, Sears etc No me gustó la alberca si me metí y salí enseguida porque se sentía sucia el agua como grasosa y aunque es una piscina con vista infinita el vidrio muy opaco y no se apreciaba la vista al mar Por eso le doy un 8 de 10

Las instalaciones son muy limpias

El trato del personal es pésimo sin déspotas prepotentes tanto el personal de recepción como los meseros la verdad sugiero tengan una supervisión más constante no puede ser que trabaje este tipo de personal en un hotel tan bonito
