"Mucho que mejorar"

El internet, las Camas son cómodas pero pueden mejorar, la cercanía a las plazas comerciales.

El trato del personal de Recepción y meseros muy malo, no son muy atentos con las dudas, mejor no incluyan drsayuno deja mucho que desear, el estacionamiento es compartido con la plaza no hay lugares exclusivos para el hotel tienes que estar cazando un buen lugar, el área de alberca un vez cumpliendo el tiempo te hechan de la alberca, la terraza con basura en las jardineras, el área infantil deteriorada, los cuartos prácticamente no tienen más que la tele y una secadora de ahí nada más, te piden un deposito el cual nunca supimos para que 🤔.

El desayuno muy rico, habitaciones limpias y la atención cordial del personal.

Me hubiera gustado que las camas tuvieran un aspecto más acogedor con edredón esponjoso y de un material suave.

"Mi estancia en el Hotel."

La ubicación excelente, el desayuno esta muy bien, aunque sugiero mas variedad.

Solo que en la parte del estacionamiento hay una puerta de cristal antes de subir a los elevadores, esta puerta se abre , pero se cierra rapido y puede golpear y lastimar, no tendrá sensores para detectar que hay personas u objetos.
