Sin aire acondicionado a pesar de que decía que incluía solo me dejaron un ventilador

Great location. Big room

Even though I paid for a deluxe room they first put me in a standard room without air conditioning. The toilet in that room didn’t flush so they begrudgingly put me in the deluxe room (after trying to put me in another standard room right next to the noisy street and without air conditioning) with a safe that didn’t work, no blow dryer, a cockroach in the shower plus build up of old hair in the shower (I chose to wear flip flops for showering), a very smelly air freshener (terrible for allergies) and blood stains on the bed sheets. The wifi did not work. As I was packing up my things, at 12:15 pm I received a knock at the door and an angry person saying checkout was time at 12 (even though the website says 12 to 12:30 checkout). I handed back my key at 12:25 and received a sneer - not okay (they should update their online info if checkout is truly at 12). Apart from the above, the other staff were lovely and the room was large. Excellent location. It’s unfortunate that I paid a premium to stay here and felt like they were trying to cheat me (by trying to put me in a standard room without air conditioning which would’ve been very difficult in the hot weather).
