The location was the only positive

It was incredibly filthy, there was a strip of wood missing from my door and a large gap under the door. The toilet rarely flushed and there was no easy way to have it fixed. The shower was also incredibly dirty and the water was always cold. There were multiple roaches in my room and while they replaced my towels evey day and remade my bed- with the same bedding they never cleaned the floors. Evident by the dead roaches that stayed on the floor after I killed them.

Close to Parian and Tlaquepaque.

No hot water for the first two day's.

The location , the staff comfortable

This property in the lobby has a smell like petroleum or something that they use to clean, but it’s very strong and I can’t stand it The rooms are totally fine.

Las instalaciones están en mal estado, la primer noche se fue la luz de la habitación y no dormí, las instalaciones del baño están en mal estado y el agua potable estaba muy colorada, tampoco servía el aire acondicionado y en la reservación decía que si tenía

El lugar es muy acogedor y mejor ubicado no puede estar . . . . Los anfitriones muy amables y al pendiente de las necesidades

Solo algunos detalles como en el baño no hay donde poner el jabón en el lavabo y falta tapete de salida de baño Pero sin cosas que se le comento a los anfitriones

Lo cerca del andador. El personal muy amable y cálido.

建付けが古くて、部屋に虫も入りやすいところです。

A very traditional hotel in the heart of the tourist center of Tlaquepaque. So, #1, location, location, location . . The front desk staff was excellent & very knowledgeable about the area . . They answered all my questions, & reserved a car for me in the morning for my appointment. My room was very spacious, rustic, & comfortable.

The only negative was that the hot water in the shower only lasted about 2 minutes in the morning.
