Tlaquepaque Pueblito

The location of the hotel is very good and the staff was friendly

The room has no natural light the windows are covered with wood and don’t open. The door is very old, I didn’t feel the lock was secure. The shower was hard to regulate the temperature in the shower

The property was only two blocks from the center of Tlaquepaque, has a beautiful courtyard and patio. The hotel has AC (!!), is quiet if you get a room away from the street. The staff personnel were very kind and provided excellent service. It’s also very safe

We loved it was very close to the plaza!

I walked barefoot in the room and my feet were black with dirt after very little time. I kept having to wash my feet when I put my shoes back on or went to bed. Also there was a lot of talking in the courtyard(which is right outside everyone’s doors), I figured it was just other guests and they would go to bed pretty soon. Close to 11pm I decided to listen to what was going on and the night person was giving a TOUR of the place to some ladies. I opened the door and kindly let them know that their voices carried a lot inside the rooms. They quieted down a bit and then a few minutes later the ladies said goodnight and left out of the front door. It wasn’t even guests that he was showing the place to at 11pm.

All stuff are very pleasant and willing to help you in anything. Excelente people .

Needs a little more maintenance in the room . Things that were broken .

The location amazing! A couple steps from the Jardin Hidalgo with all the vendors and Calle Independencia. The garden area of the hotel is nice, although the water for the fish was super dirty.

Our room could definitely be cleaner. The shower and restroom were not very clean. The bathroom space is small and paint was peeling. The ceiling and walls also had black stains (gave the feeling of mold) not sure if it was or not. The bed was overly firm, made it hard to sleep. The WiFi wouldn’t stay connected to the TV.

Loved the property. Really close to downtown. The home design was beautiful.
