The location was perfect. It's a few steps from the main Plaza and attractions. The staff was beyond friendly, kind and accommodating. The owner is young and just started his journey a couple of years back. I wish him much success.

There were a few things that could improve and they are working on them. The AC unit wasn't bad but it could improve. The bed was a bit hard but after a couple of days I got used to it. I think having a coffee maker in the room would be better than coming out and asking for coffee.

Beautiful property in a striking poetic setting. My room had 25 foot ceilings with a large mural on the wall. The staff are working wonderful and very helpful. Very clean but keep in mind it is a very old building. I loved the bed and the bedding. Top notch.

Great location, close to restaurants, San Pedro Cathedral, museum, pharmacy, etc

The light on the hallway by the bathroom was not working and it was dark even during the day. No outlet close to the large mirror in the hallway or bathroom sink to be able to plug the curling iron or blow dryer. Our room had windows towards the street and was nice and large but it needs fresh paint.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants, shopping. Good WiFi. Staff was helpful.

Noise level past 11pm. It's just a place to crash for the night. Facility still under construction.

The room was cold, it had no windows, and the mini split was not functioning. We wanted to use the mini split for heat (not A/C). They offered to move us to room facing the street, but I was concerned about the noise from traffic, so declined. We just suffered with the cold room, and stayed under the blankets. We weren't in the room that much, so it was bearable Plus the bed was hard as a rock, as usual with a lot of hotel rooms in Mexico. Plus, none of the staff spoke English, which was OK with us, as I speak Spanish. But, may be an issue for some people.

Close to everything. Spacious and clean.
