Our host was very helpful and responded very quick, the room has the bare minimum and the AC worked well.

It's not really a hotel, it's a room in a building that looked a bit like a construction site. It was very close to the ADO bus stop and they were helpful with arranging transport to Calakmul, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Very pleasant staff, speaks english. Accepts cards, Small parking for 2-3 cars. There is a pizza restaurant in the same building and more food nearby. Water heated by electric shower head.

Very busy, noisy and dusty area. As expected at the price point, the facilities are quite worn and basic.

Great host and the location is fantastic. Right at the streets to the archeological sites.

The shower didn‘t work.

the owner oscar was very communicative, responsive, friendly and helpful with arranging our trip to calakmul ruins. the room is basic and passable for a couple of nights. the restaurant attached to the hostel has good pizza. the location was very close to the ado bus station.

Oscar, Omar, Manuel were really nice and helpful and spoke good english. My spanish is very bad. Location is excellent, by the roundabout on Hwy 186 around the corner from the ADO bus stop. La Pizzeta (which you have to walk through to get to the rooms) had good pizzas and tacos. The room was OK for my 3 night stay. For the price I can certainly not expect a Hilton. Overall, it was what I expected.

No water first evening and next morning (for showering, brushing, washing, flushing, etc). But it was for most of the town so out of control of this hostel. There was no "TV with cable channels" as advertised on Booking.com. 3 days gets kind of long. Very musty smelling and moldy room from excess humidity and poor insulation of door and window. Shower water was a drizzle and very hard to control temperature (cold or scorching hot). Despite being in the jungle it gets cold at night in February and there was no way to heat the room, only AC or fan.
