Close to many food locations

Water was not available half the time and staff was virtually non existant and hard to get a hold of

The room was clean & they have a pizza restaurant that was great.

Too much construction materials around, the garage was blocked and didn’t have access to leave, called and texted the host and didn’t answer, creating a 2 hours delay.

It's close to the bus station and is good enough for one night I guess.

There was no water in the morning which was super annoying. Also there was no wifi in the room and the water smelled kinda bad as well.

Amaizing stay and people. Great pizza place also.

The pizza from the adjacent restaurant was okay

They additionally charged us their booking.com commission, that they receive as hosts, on our stay. So we paid roughly 20% more than indicated and agreed to on booking.com. The wifi didn't reach the room. We had to walk 5m from the door to connect. We received half a roll of toilet paper for a 3 night stay, and one towel each. The room's door could not be locked. It was left unlocked during the whole stay, even when we were out. Everything was quite dirty, from the sink to the shower to the mirror. They had forgotten to remove someone else's hair tie (covered in long black hairs...) in the bathroom. We believe there were bedbugs there, as we just noticed countless places on our legs that had been stung after leaving today. The AC was very weak and did not help the heat a great deal. The drain in the room started smelling like foul eggs on day 2. This coincided with it springing a slight leak in the U bend that left a puddle in front of the beds if we washed our hands too often. We counted at least 2 different lizards in the room during our stay, which wasn't terrible but some people may not appreciate.

Owner is very friendly. The location is actually not bad and the food is quite good, but we had a hard time because of a local heavy construction site and ongoing truck traffic, dust and noise.

The pictures do not meet the reality any more. The rooms are tiny and although we noted that we are one adult and one big kid we got a tiny double bed. It was better than nothing and cheap price, but not comfortable... - well we just needed it for two nights. Anything more would had been hard

Inexpensive, right off the main strip, easy access to food/groceries/bus station/transport. Worked well as a jumping-off point for us to do the bat volcano and ruins at Calakmul. AC and a good shower always a bonus. Fridge is shared with other rooms and restaurant (?) but we were able to chill our drinks without issue. Parking and access around back were also good once we managed to locate the place. Staff were very nice despite our not-great spanish and some confusion about rooms and check in. Pizza was also better than expected!

Rooms are actually behind/inside pizzeria which was unclear and made finding it a challenge especially since the one place the name is painted on the building was obscured by pizza delivery boxes at the time we arrived (in their defense, a message detailing this was sent, but our phone had died). Can also be a bit noisy during business hours of pizza place.

It’s extremely close to the ADO. The Pizzeria in front of the hotel has excellent food, the staff were very friendly and the room, while small, was very comfortable, great AC and a nice hot shower. You can even arrange all of the trips to the ruins and the bat cave! Just outstanding

More hooks and other storage options would be useful.
