"Our staying was horrible except the obligation of Mr. Alhillaly who solved his aggressive employer"

Breakfast is not included, but the manager Mr. Abdullelah alhilaly was welcomed, professional and friendly with humble hospitality and he solved a problem with employe Mr. Mohammed who was not polite with my family locked ourselves with our old sick mom out of our rooms cause of late payment this evening because he was unpresnt for payment , then he harmlessly insulted me and scared my family which was not acceptable and needed complaint against him and his administration.

Harmlessly insulted an hotel guests by un politely receptionist employee Mr. Mohammad by my arrival late night on 2 am for payments.
