It took 1 hour and a half to check in when we arrive at 415 pm which was within checking time. Had to wait in line to check-in over 15 people with only 1 person at the reception. Room was dirty no towels no soap no shampoo

Bad smell, everything is filthy and dirty, nothing looks like the picture, cleaning is horrible. There are stains on the bed and sheets.

Location is the only thing keeping this hotel afloat. The service was far from acceptable, and the management clearly needs to reassess their priorities.

Our experience at this hotel started off on a very bad note. We were made to wait over 3 hours just to complete the check-in process. Despite a long queue of guests, only one staff member was attending to everyone, which was highly inefficient and unacceptable for any standard of service. To make things worse, there was no air conditioning at the reception, making the wait even more unbearable. This was by far the worst check-in experience we've ever had, and it set a very poor tone for the rest of our stay.

Rooms are not clean and reception took 2 hours for check in.

Need to be shutdown and renovated again. It’s so bad.
