Presken Hotel Oniru, Victoria Island

The room was okay. It was a big room. The restaurant food was okay. The kitchen staff was very good. The lady manager was nice and polite and she noticed my discomfort when I had to wait for my room to be cleaned.

I was forced to stay outside of my room for almost 2 hours after my supposed check in time of 12pm. Also I was promised the room had NETFLIX but it didn’t. The reception refused to do anything about it even after calling them severally.

Nothing

Everything was terrible. The rooms were exceptionally tiny, I paid more to upgrade to a different room and the room was a disaster. No toiletries. And parts of the building was incomplete

I love the quiet serene environment which is very good for true relaxation.

The breakfast is very, very poor. The breakfast served did not match the value of the accommodation paid for. The breakfast was heavily regulated by the hotel authorities which shouldn't be the case at all for a hotel of that great status with many branches across Lagos. The toilet window mosquito net needs to be fixed as its torn parts gives room for mosquitoes to find their ways into the room and attach quests. The poor colour-quality output of the TV display is quite embarrassing for such huge hotel. The wardrobes need to be improved upon. While the AC remote batteries need to be maintained or changed regularly for optimal functionality.
