I loved the environment and the ample car parking

The opposite room had a guest who spoked all through our stay and the smell was always getting into my room, even though they had a non smoking law..

Breakfast was poor 😢

The food to be more fresher and hot breakfast was cold no butter for bread 😩 no sauce, more choice for breakfast not just eggs everyday

I previously had a bad experience at the Presken Hotel in Ikeja and was worried I might receive the same poor customer service here, but this branch completely proved me wrong. This is one of the best Presken hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff consistently checked to see whether I had received breakfast, even though I often didn’t have the appetite to eat in the morning. The team was amazing—from the reception staff to room service and the gate staff. They genuinely made my day. Whenever I had an issue, it was addressed promptly, and once fixed, it did not happen again—unlike my experience at the Ikeja branch. The manager was also excellent, listening attentively and handling concerns professionally without trying to be clever or dismissive. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Although I experienced an issue during my stay, what truly stood out was how it was handled. When I reported the problem, I was informed that no rooms were available, but the hotel immediately arranged for me to stay at their Ikoyi branch and covered the cost of my taxi both ways. This thoughtful response and excellent customer service are the reasons I consider this one of the best hotels. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to family and friends. The staff are truly amazing.

Location was in a quiet area of Lekki. Staff were friendly.

My booking though confirmed via email was denied at the hotel as I was told that they were fully booked. I have always used Presken Hotels at various locations and this was my first disappointment.

Convenient location, breakfast provided daily, onsite generator.

Main gate locked nightly which defeated purpose of booking this centrally located hotel. Variety in meals needed.
