"Pésimo hotel"

Nada!

Las instalaciones pésimas, no tiene personal, no tiene recepción, todo muy sucio. De plano cancelé mi reservación, perdí el costo de una noche y me cambié de hotel

"Right on the Bay"

Right on the beach.. Unblocked view of Zihua bay pointing West. Very quiet on the off-season Fridge in room. Great AC unit.

Beds were very hard. No hot water first couple of days. Be prepared for mosquitoes Everywhere--spray spray spray bug spray.. Even when you go to bed.

"Exceptional"

Location couldn’t be better. Steps away from the beach and close to several restaurants. Taxi stand was less than a minute walk if you wanted to head to downtown or elsewhere.

"Basic hotel right on the beach"

This hotel is a 30 second walk from Playa la Ropa, a beautiful beach. The shower was great, the bed was comfortable. It had a fridge. A cleaning lady came every morning and would thoroughly clean the room if that's what you wanted.

The room itself is a bit basic. There's no common area - there's no place to sit outside and just hang out. There's no way to make coffee in the room, although you can get coffee at Villa Mexicana right on the beach about a minute's walk away. By Mexican standards it was expensive for what you get, but by Zihuatenejo standards it's good value.

"Exceptional"

This location is unmatched for the price point, step outside your room and your on a beautiful balcony, take 8 steps down and your on a road, take 20 more steps and you're on the sand. Couldn't of wished for more.

"The location does not make up for the condition of the unit and the complete lack of communication."

Location

No hot water in the bathroom sink and the faucet was defective (leaked). Too may winding stairs to reach the room. No communication from the host. (I texted him several times with no response.) I tried to cancel the reservation after the first night, but never heard from the landlord. I agreed to pay for the night we did stay in the unit, but the landlord refused that compromise. DON"T STAY HERE!
