Pie de Playa la Ropa

Clean and simple. Very close to beach. Fridge and air conditioner.

Very spartan. What would significantly improve the accommodation is a kitchenette (cutlery, crockery, electric kettle eg) and some shelves or drawers for clothes etc

The location was great, right at the beach. Our room had a wonderful view from the balcony. There were chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. The house cleaner was amazing and super friendly. The room was clean. Fernando helped with carrying our luggage up to the room.

The room was very basic, I would even say too basic. The fridge was very small, there was one chair but no table and there wasn't a coffee maker or kettle. We had to ask for more hangers, and worth mentioning, there isn't a safe in the room. The water pressure at the bathroom sink was a mere trickle.There was supposed to be a bottle of water in the room as per the description on Booking.com; however, there wasn't any and none offered even after we told Fernando this. Believe me, when you're hot, tired and finished climbing the stairs, even a small bottle of water upon check-in would have gone a long way!

What a fabulous location and view! Wonderful kind hearted and loving staff ! Love to go back again. Great value!

The smell of the cleaning chemicals was very strong…it was very clean but had an artificial fragrance chemical cleaning product smell. The view in my room was blocked by the television and clothes wardrobe…what a pity because it was a million dollar view!.

To have a spot to sit outside the room on a deck or have sliding doors

Location, location, location! I knew it was a basic set up but I don't need fancy. No decor, thin towels but Important for me is that it is clean, spacious, everything works like shower, toilet and a/c cools down whole room which it did. Some stairs. Internet worked great. Cleaning lady was fabulous and caretaker also. Both available. Quiet. Some noise with restaurant staff leaving for the day but early evening so never an issue. Hear waves crashing is how close you are to the beach. Could walk there barefoot from room. Just a few units so private. Everything you need, coffee, convenience store in walking distance. Safe, quiet part of La Ropa. Would return as good price!

There was a small window, rectangular opening in bathroom, no screen so had a wasp in there which I assume came through there. I would have put a towel or said something but only there 3 nights. Easy fix really. No safety lock box.

A bit run down. Bare light bulbs. Some light bulbs missing. Door lock disfunctional.

This property is steps from the beach. It was clean with all the necessities, including a refrigerator, shampoo, and private bath/ shower. The unit itself was quiet, but across the drive is a restaurant with a roof party space where there was a noisy wedding reception one night. Marina kept our unit clean. All staff were friendly and attentive.

The unit is on the 3rd floor, so there are outside stairs that might be challenging for some. Hot water is available but takes 4-5 minutes to arrive. The shower water pressure is acceptable but certainly not strong. A coffeemaker would be nice.
