Property Notes

A package including a towel, bathrobe, and slippers costs EUR 35. The towel and bathrobe for hire. You may take the slippers with you after your visit Unfortunately, it is not possible to enter the resort wearing swimwear. An exception to this is our swimwear service every second and last Tuesday of the month. Herein is an exception in the months of July and August 2026. In these months, it is swimwear day every Tuesday. The charges for towels, bathrobes, and slippers are as follows: - Towel rental: EUR 13, (you have the option of changing it three times a day) - Bathrobe rental: EUR 14 - Slippers for sale: EUR 14 Guests receive complimentary access to the sauna for 2 days and a complimentary breakfast.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

The spa was amazing. I think that it's the most beautiful spa in the Netherlands. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choice. Dinner was super!

It would be nice to have more swimwear days available in one month.

"Spa is good but hotel stay not worth the price and service is uninterested at best."

The room was quite newly renovated and bed was comfortable. Mainly went there for the sauna experience and the hardware / deco was quite good.

I understand that for day guests of the sauna and spa centre there are more charges, but for hotel guests, considering that we are paying 300 EUR plus for 1 night - the room is the bare minimum and not what I would consider fit for such a price. There is no bathrobe in the room (something you get per default in rooms that costs way less) and then you need to rent it for 12,50 EUR per person at the reception if you wish to take one to the sauna? Driving all the way from Germany, do they really expect guests that come over to stay overnight also to bring this themselves? Also even in Netherlands where there is tap water available, most hotels at least provide 2 bottles free per stay, but here everything is an extra charge and one small bottle costs 3.75 EUR. Again, not something you would expect considering the room night cost. They should really reconsider how to offer hotel guests a better experience and include such things in room price.

"Amazing hotel and spa"

Clean,big, beautiful room. Friendly staff. Amazing spa included for 2 days(you need bathrobes,slippers and towels or you can rent them). Amazing breakfast!

"Relaxing wellness weekend"

The room was beautiful, big, clean and had lovely balcony with lake view. The bed was big and comfortable. We also really appreciated the Nespresso machine. The breakfast was very tasty, many different options also for vegetarians. The spa has many different saunas, pools and we absolutely loved the Cenote pool!! Staff was very professional and and helpful. The service they provided in the spa and restaurants was exceptional! I would highly recommend to visit this place for every "spa lover". We will definitely come back. Thank you for amazing experience and keep up great work:-)
