Hotel Thermen Bussloo - Apeldoorn

Alles prima verzorgd.

Wij vonden de temperatuur door airco te koud. Niet alleen de omgevingstemperatuur in de kamer zelf maar daardoor voelde het beddengoed, lakens, dekbed en kussen niet comfortabel.

De toegang tot de wellness, de luxueuse kamer, het heerlijke ontbijt

We kregen slechts 1 handdoek per dag om in de wellness te nuttigen, maar deze zijn snel klammig/nat. In de zomer is dit nog ‘haalbaar’ maar ik kan me voorstellen dat dit in de winter echt niet aangenaam is…

Les infrastructures des thermes sont magnifiques. L'hôtel est grand, les chambres sont très spacieuses et lumineuses. Le petit déjeuner est très varié. Le shampooing et gel douche sentent très bon. Parking inclus. Balcons privatifs.

Le tapis de la chambre était tâché de vomi. Il aurait été judicieux et hygiénique de le jeter et de le remplacer. La chambre sentait la cigarette froide et n'avait pas été aérée.

prices for the hotel services are extremely too high, if you come to stay just overnight. there is no possibility to have a dinner, as the restaurant has to be book from earlier. if you want to have a dinner, you have to buy access to the sauna and pool for high price, where you can fing ale carte restaurant, so it means - your dinner will cost you twice...

The room is spacious and has beautiful decor Everything is perfectly clean and the room has everything you need (coffee machine, minibar, safe) We enjoyed the spa, I would say this is the best spa in Netherlands. We visited couple of times already, and must say, I noticed huge improvement in service (spa staff and spa reception) Everybody we interacted with was very professional and helpful and food in the restaurant improved since last time too. Everything we had was very tasty We will be back for sure!
