Nous revenons mon épouse , moi et un groupe d’amis d’un séjour très appréciable au Royal Mirage de Fez.Nous avons bénéficié d’un très bon accueil et d’une prise en charge attentive de la part du paerdonnek , Lamia, Ilham, Imane , Abderrahman . L’hôtel jouit d’une situation géographique idéale et offre de belles prestations tant au niveau de la piscine qu’au niveau de la restauration et des chambres.Le rapport qualité prix est très intéressant,je recommande cet hôtel à tous mes amis !

Piscine parfaite - La douchette pas fonctionnelle - Coffre en panne a mon arrivé pas verifier avant l'arrivé du client - Difficile a joindre par telephone l'hotel et surtout le SPA.

Personnel de ménage trés efficace Intervention rapide et efficace du personnel technique Le personnel de l'accueil tieng compte de nos demandes et réagit

Ma demande réitérée à plusieurs reprises,par message via BOOKING puis par e-mail 72 heures pour nous attribuer une chambre au 2éme ou 3éme étage pour raison de santé n'avait pas été prise en compte et c'est seuleument en insistant lourdement lors de notre arrivée que le personnel d'accueil a fini par obtempérer.
