Goede locatie in Fez. Fijn en groot zwembad. Het ontbijt is goed en uitgebreid en vriendelijk personeel.

Très bon accueil, personnel professionnel et chaleureux. Service de qualité, chambre confortable et séjour très agréable. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation

J'ai été reçu avec gentillesse et beaucoup de professionalisme par Youssef. La chambre est bien équipée et très confortable L'hôtel est bien situé.

Dommage que dans un pays d'orange, les hôtels dans la plupart des cas, ne proposent que que des boissons industrielles hyper sucrées au petit déjeuner.

Personnel agreable et gentil, localisation bonne,sauf à notre accueil nous avons attendu plus de 20 mn avant notre admission, alors qu'il n' y avait qu'un seul client.

trop de bruit dans les etages en pleine nuit.difficulté pour avoir des tapies de priere, apres 3 appels et 30 mn d'attente. Restaurant: petit dejeuner desorganisé: il faut faire une file 30 mn pour avoir une omelette,et tables non debarassées et difficultées pour trouver une place . Pas d'eau à boire dans la chambre à notre arrivée, et payante apres longue attente.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ The hotel itself is wonderful, and the staff are truly exceptional. From management to reception, everyone was professional, welcoming, and attentive. A special thank you to Siham, Abdelkader, and Hicham for their kindness and professionalism during check-in. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and the beds are excellent.

However, I do feel the hotel's policies need to be reconsidered. Check-in is now at 3:00 PM while check-out is at 12:00 PM, meaning guests effectively have access to their room for only 21 hours rather than a full day. This feels disappointing, especially considering check-in times have gradually been pushed later over the years. The pool policy is also restrictive for short stays. Pool access is only available from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, so guests staying for one night can realistically only enjoy it for a few hours on arrival day and perhaps a short time the following morning before needing to shower, pack, and check out. Unfortunately, late check-out options are very limited and cannot extend beyond 1:00 PM. Even more surprising, guests who wish to remain at the pool after check-out are required to purchase a separate pool pass at 250 MAD per person, despite having already stayed at the hotel. While the quality of the hotel and the dedication of the staff remain excellent, these policies significantly impact the overall guest experience and value for money. I sincerely hope management will review them in the future.
