Fantastic staff, super helpful. Very good location. Newly updated rooms.

The GPS location of the hotel is a bit inaccurate and Google Maps takes you through the old town to get there (not driver friendly). Would be good for the hotel to send alternative coordinates and descriptions to avoid this for guests. We also did not have any hot water during our stay and had to take ice cold showers.

The room was very spacious and newly renovated, lake view from the balcony was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is perfect, close to the centre as well as a few lakeside beaches. Will definitely go back here if I visit Ohrid again!
