"Excellent"

8.0

No hot water in the kitchen to wash dishes. No hot water for laundry. No dryer. One of the hot water heaters and a bathroom sprung a leak during our stay there.

Belle piscine, emplacement central, mais pas de fenêtres dans la chambre (on ne voyait pas ça sur les photos)

"Wish this was our hotel for every destination"

One of the very best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Our room was ginormous with everything you could ever need and more. We loved having access to the balcony that overlooked the pool, the super comfy luxury bed, the constant supply of bottled water, and the practical travellers luggage shelves and spaces. The team couldn’t do enough for you - especially at breakfast where we enjoyed a delicious meal every morning. Location was spot on as well. Can’t find a single thing to fault. Perfect for Merida.
