We had a great time at Acqua in Bocca! The hotel is well located on Calle 60 and it was easy to walk to many of the key sights in Centro. The breakfast was good and convenient. Helpful and friendly staff. I would stay here again.

"Perfect place to stay Merida!"

Simply one of the best hotel stay experiences we’ve had! If we could give 20/10 we would! The hotel isquaint, comfortable and calme, with nice lounging areas and a really noce pool area. We really liked that it had shade which allowed us to go swim comfortably at anytime of day. The staff was always friendly, attentive and helpful. A special thank you to Adriana, Kevin, Pablo and Isabella for taking good care of us during our stay! The owner Gino is super nice and friendly! He lent a little car to our two year old daughter so she could ride around the hotel, she loved it! We absolutely loved the breakfasts and the opportunity to have drinkable water and coffee at anytime of day. Our room was also very nice and comfortable. Really cool italian style shower and they set up a baby bed for our daughter before our arrival. The hotel is located in the centro so we were able to walk to most places we wanted to visit. Oh yes, and giving us access to a free parking for our car was really appreciated! We absolutely loved our experience here and recommend 1000%!

"Suitable short stay in a great location."

Location is great; right in one of the main thoroughfares of the city. Can easily walk to the main plaza, surrounding restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was suitable for what was on offer.

The layout of the loft room I had was a bit odd, not a lot of natural light during most of the day and noise from the main street. However the mini fridge, air conditioner and other room amenities made up for it.

"Lovely hotel in the middle of Merida!"

Very nice hotel right in the middle of Merida. Lovely staff, very helpful. Peaceful location, lovely hot breakfast.

Nothing. The electricity was gone one morning but it probably wasn't their fault.
