Room was very good ,hot and cold water available 24hrs in bathroom,location is nearby airport,they have pick up and drop services,staffs were also very good and polite,rooms were very good neat clean and comfortable,there’s buffet breakfast fast with varieties and it was really good,there’s WIFI,lift,parking lot available in this hotel.

Amarawati Boutique Hotel is one of the best places to stay near Tribhuvan International Airport and Pashupatinath Temple in Kathmandu. The hotel offers clean, comfortable, and well-furnished rooms with all modern facilities. The environment is peaceful, and the staff are friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. The highlight of my stay was the excellent management and hospitality of Mr. Sudarshan, the hotel manager. He is extremely professional, kind, and attentive to every guest’s needs. His friendly nature and quick response to any request make every guest feel truly welcome and at home. The hotel also provides great airport pick-up and drop services, as well as help with local travel arrangements. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations in many ways. The ambiance of the hotel was warm and inviting—modern yet cozy, with tasteful decor and a serene atmosphere that made it easy to relax right from the moment I arrived. The property is also conveniently located near the airport, which was a huge plus for me as I had an early flight. Their airport pick-up and drop-off service was punctual and smooth, making travel logistics completely stress-free. What truly impressed me was the quality of service, especially considering that I visited during a busy festival season. Despite being noticeably short-staffed due to the holidays, the team never let the standards slip. Every request was handled promptly and with genuine hospitality. It’s clear that the staff are well-trained and committed to ensuring guests have a memorable stay. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I would highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers, and I look forward to staying here again on my next trip.

Decent hotel located conveniently just some minutes away from the airport by car. It looks really nice from the outside as well the inside and has a certain charm to it. The rooms are comfortable and spacious.

The rooms were decent overall, but could have been a bit better maintained. Our bathroom was missing a mirror, and a few other details could have been better as well. Further we requested hours before the arrival a pickup via Booking and later via mail and didn't receive a response until two days later, which didn't gave a great impression.
