From the very beginning, my experience at Amarawati Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The free airport pickup and drop-off created a wonderful first impression — it felt incredibly welcoming and convenient after a long journey. That thoughtful gesture immediately made me feel valued and cared for. The hotel itself is an A1-class boutique property beautifully maintained, stylish, and full of charm. It blends comfort and elegance perfectly, offering a peaceful oasis in the heart of Kathmandu. What truly makes this hotel stand out, though, is the warmth and hospitality. The entire team was extremely friendly, polite, and helpful in every way. They make sure every guest feels special, and their attention to detail is truly heartwarming. One of the most impressive parts of my stay was seeing how Mr. Kushal, the owner, personally looked after each and every guest. He was present in morning at breakfast, personally greeting everyone and genuinely asking if everything was good. Not just with me. I noticed him engaging with all guests, making sure everyone felt at home. That kind of dedication and personal care is rare and truly appreciated. The food was delicious, with a great variety and quality that reflected the same thoughtfulness found throughout the hotel. I can confidently say that Amarawati Hotel offers a true 5-star experience, not just in terms of facilities, but in the way they treat their guests. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kathmandu. It's more than a place to stay — it’s a place where you’re genuinely cared for.

I recently stayed at Amarawati Boutique Hotel and was very impressed. The location is ideal — very close to both Tribhuvan Airport and Pashupatinath Temple, which made my early-morning schedule and return trip extremely convenient. From the moment I arrived, Sudarshan (the hotel manager) stood out for his kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness. He ensured I felt welcomed, helped with luggage, and even made helpful suggestions for local transport and temple timings. Any request — small or large — was treated seriously and handled quickly. It’s rare to find a manager so hands-on, yet so patient and courteous. Some other highlights: The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and quiet (given how close it is to busy areas). Staff throughout (reception, restaurant, housekeeping) were friendly and helpful. They seemed well-trained and genuinely concerned about guests’ comfort. The food was tasty and hygienic. Breakfast had good variety. The value for price is excellent. For what you pay, you get more than expected. If I had to mention anything to improve: the rooms are not extremely large, so if you’re carrying lots of luggage it can feel a little tight. Also, some days with heavy traffic, noise insulation could be better. But these are minor compared to the positives. Overall: Amarawati Boutique Hotel is a gem — excellent location, very good facilities, and a team led by Sudarshan who truly cares. I strongly recommend it, especially if you need something near the airport or Pashupatinath. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in Kathmandu.

Location is very close by Pashupatinath Mandir. Staff is very polite and really helpful, they listen you. Property is very neat and clean and easy access to room. Dining area is also a good for food options. Would definitely recommend.
