every thing was better than what i thought....

The location of the hotel was very convenient – close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. It made getting around the city easy and stress-free. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. The bed was quite comfortable, and I appreciated the air conditioning, especially during hot days. The River and Park View from the Hotel is phenomenal.

everything was perfect

The staff was very friendly, they organised my canoe safari, jeep safari twice, help me with the laundry and facilitate my bus ticket. Very lovely!! The hotel is super central but quite and room was clean and silent.

The toilet had a bad smell.

Good location with wonderful river view, friendly and flexible manager and staff, beautiful garden and pool, convenient booking of safari tour and driving for pick up and going to Pokhara.

Temperature of hot water

We chose this hotel because of the AC in the rooms, which was definitely a life-saver in this humid area. We were upgraded to a better room because of off-season and some construction that was going on. Some of the staff members were really friendly and helpful and we could add one more night for the same discounted price. They made us packed breakfast because we had to leave early. The pool was nice. The location is good.

The shower area was on the same level as the toilet so that the floor around the toilet remained wet for a long time. Also on the second night, we had some bugs in the room, which wasn't that pleasant but partly understandable with the location being on the riverside in such a humid area.
