The location was excellent, the mall is downstairs, all the cafes, food places and retail shops are a few mins away. The cleaning staff were outstanding, no matter what time in the day or night they came and cleaned very well

Gerçekten çok beğendim resepsiyondaki görevliler çok iyi ilgilendi ne talep ettiysek kabul ettiler. Tüm görevliler çok ilgili. Otelin en iyi yanı büyük bir avm ile iç içe olması. Buna çok şaşırdım bu çok avantajlı. Gayet güzel temiz bir otel. Havaalanına da çok yakın konumu da çok merkezi. Salalah’ta bence tercih edilebilecek en iyi otellerden. Kahvaltı çeşitleri de makul.

3. Kişi için ekstra yatak yerine koltuk yatak haline getirildi bu bence çok iyi değildi.

Standard amenities for personal care should be provided in full set, including dental care, skincare (body lotion or skin moisturizer) and grooming tools (comb, shaving razor and hair dryer).

Very accommodating for families, restaurants, cafes, cinemas and supermarkets all below the hotel. Staff were very friendly, helpful and quick service.

Rooms are not very soundproof. You can easily hear talking and noises from rooms next door. Just ask for a room that's in a quiet area or less congested area.

No Curtilary for cooking. Breakfast not so good

Has a mall in the ground floor. In the city center and not far from the airporr.

The staff was friendly, especially shout out to Fatima from front office. She made sure we were happy and accommodated our family in connected rooms upon request. The place is clean and comfortable only the breakfast could have been better
