My stay at Salalah Garden Hotel had a mix of positives and areas that could be improved. The hotel’s location is excellent, right next to Salalah Gardens Mall and close to the Chinese Village Market, which makes shopping and dining very convenient. Despite some inconveniences, our stay was made remarkable thanks to Mr. Nasser. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help truly stood out. He handled everything with genuine care, and because of his exceptional service, we were able to overlook the negative aspects of the stay. Staff members like him make a real difference.

The food was acceptable, though there is definitely room for improvement in terms of variety and overall quality. One challenge during the stay was the noise in the corridors; some guests were loud and playing around, and the hotel’s sound insulation didn’t do much to reduce the disturbance. Parking was also an issue, as the hotel lot was often full, and I had to park at a walking distance.

Good location, excellent guest service particularly breakfast crew provides impressive service. Kudos to that entire team..clean and well maintained property.. comfortable bedding..we even rented a car from their travel desk who provided castle free service as well

Getting a parking for car was bit of an issue.. area gets crowded and full of traffic especially in the evenings .. we were told that some event was happening during eid holidays but poor parking management was upsetting especially when u want to hit the bed after a long day

The hotel is very clean, had a mall in it. Staff are so friendly. Fatima, you are such a nice person, very welcoming and helpful. Ahmad is very polite and helpful. Kamrul, you are very helpful Thank you so much, guys, for everything, and I hope to see you again
