Beautiful grounds, serene, peaceful, gracious host.

We love that our host Jose was very kind, helpful and available. He answered all of our questions and made good suggestion. The place is warming and welcoming. Beautiful colors. It looks better than on the picture.

It was difficult to close one of the bedroom door and he could have provide more toilet paper.

Booking.com included this hotel in a search for hotels in Puerto Rico. Since many places in Puerto Rico have areas like Florida for example, I didn't catch that the hotel was in PANAMA! The hotel refused to return my money, even though they were able to fill my room due to it being a holiday time. Very COSTLY mistake.

Great atmosphere, friendly host and beautiful garden with birds.

The mattrasses were covered with some sort of plastic underneath the sheets which made it a bit sweaty to sleep there. Airco in stead of fans would have been great.

The hotel is very easy to find, although is not in Boquete itself, is very near. The place is nicely decorated mexican style. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well equiped.
