Helpful staff and clean facilities

A neighboring dog barked a lot in the night The internet was a bit hit and miss

There was no toilet paper in my room and also AC was making a lot of noise and if you turn off it get's very hot as there was no window in my room.

The breakfast was very good, since we had several options on the menu. I liked the location of the hotel (center of the city) and how friendly the staff was. Additionally, we got an electric repelent for our room, wich was great since there were many mosquitos at this time of the year (January)

It would be great to count with air conditioning, since the ventilator was not enough for our room (a couple room).

Very kind staff. Luciano checked me in. He was extremely nice. Showed me a map of the area and, where to eat. Maybe it's a standard there, but he messaged me with the morning menu for the included breakfast, and told me to message him through whatsapp if I had any questions at all. I did not get her name, but also the lady in the morning was very friendly and helpful. And not to leave out the guy that was cleaning up in the morning and made sure I got my breakfast. Muy amable everyone. Thank you

I could nit pick, but honestly for the location and the price I have 0 complaints
