Good location, close to the hundreds island. They offer free shuttle. Very polite and accommodating staff. Hot water and good water pressure.

We booked for 2 nights room 205 and our first morning we found a dead huge cockroach under the table, I inform the receptionist she apologize and told me they will clean it but later at night while my partner and I were chilling at the bed a MASSIVE COCKROACH just suddenly appeared at my partner side of the bed!!! Of course we informed again the receptionist and offered us to transfer to other room, but at this point we not sure if the other rooms are cleaned and don’t have cockroaches but we just agreed and we didn’t sleep properly. And the next morning, AGAIN we saw a baby cockroach crawling in the cabinet! Also no soundproof, very loud noise from the outside.

1)The breakfast is not really good, we do not have much choices. 2) The bathroom is always wet, as the coverings in the shower is not enough. 3) There is no view in the room that we stayed, it would be nicer if there is.

I hope it would be a buffet breakfast or more choices or more varieties of foods.

The tissue,soap and shampoo were short. The bathroom floor is always wet when you shower, I hope to have a clothes- washer or dryer only can do for your visitors always going for a swimming.

The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly. All facilities worked properly. The cafe actually made ice coffee with milk instead of water. The hotel had a small van to take you anywhere for free.
