The breakfast service is quite long but acceptable .

The location is perfect! Swimming pool area was very tidy and clean. Free ebike to drop off and pick up within the vicinity. Very friendly and helpful staff especially the receptionists 🥰 Excellent value for money🫶🏼🥳

The safety deposit box is not secured down. And the air conditioning is a bit noisy.

Bland food - not what we were expecting, considering the price of their menu. UNSAFE SEATS - my family and I went to dine here a few days ago, and my wife accidentally jammed one of her fingers in the wooden chairs while she was moving it to sit. Most of the nails/ screws on their wooden chairs are loose and you could lift up the wooden part that you sit on, and see some of the nails sticking out. My wife's finger was bleeding a lot, and a part of her skin was cut off. The staff assisted her with applying antiseptic and bandage on the wound, and they tried to fix the damaged chairs when we left. HOWEVER, this whole incident could've been prevented if they were following proper safety & hazard rules. OVERALL, It was an unpleasant experience for my wife and family. WOULDNT recommend dining here.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is great.

When we arrived, one of the beds was not prepared with the bed sheets, which was a bit uncomfortable.

The staff is amazing and very helpful. The breakfast was great with local products like the Alaminos longanissa. Our overall rate is very positive. We would return.

The shower of room 303 was not working properly. We managed to use it but not fully. That room has no windows, which is a pity.
