"Still perfect and worth it!"

Friendly staffs especially at the reception area. Wasnt able to experience the pool since we were already exhausted on our Hundred Islands Tour. Room is nice, exactly like the photo. Reliable hot shower. Mattress were comfortable. Perfect for family with kids. Parking area is wide.

Not enough soaps, shampoos for group of 8 people. They only provided one small soap per night. No bedroom slippers. No netflix.

Room was good and staff very helpful breakfast was good facilities good and the ebike service was good

Needs a bar at the hotel for evenings and the restaurant needs to do more selection of food for evening as we went out to eat due to lack of selection and waiting time for food .

"Will come back again to stay here as I think this is one of the better place to stay in Alaminos and prices are reasonab"

It is centrally located . Staff are helpful and friendly. Cafe staffs extended the hour for our use for small group worship and devotion . Really appreciate .

Perhaps should supply bath gel and shampoo . The shower head is placed too high up , my wife couldn’t even reach it to bring it down . Breaksfast timing is also a little short between 7-9am . It will be nice to extend it to 10am . But they are flexible and willing to accommodate if you request

Staff, shuttle amazing, pool ( but one issue with pool), friendly.

Pool needs to upgrade safely standards, ( no sign, rails, etc ) breakfast only ok, rooms a little small but nicere

It’s nearby city.. Accommodating staff.

The room is small. No toiletries. Broken shower. AC is too noisy.. no towel change and no room cleaning during the whole stay..

"Family Outing"

Great hotel! Kids love the pool. Good size room for large group. I love the massage, and it is only 550/hour. Hotel staff are super nice, hard working, and honest. My husband dropped his wallet on the sofa, and the hotel staff found it and returned to him. Will definitely book this place again.

Not that I didn't like. but it was too late when I found out they have transient home that can accommodate a group of 22. I checked the house and it was very nice. if I've known about it earlier, I could have booked the transient house instead of barkada room.
