Todo estaba en orden! El hotel es un poco viejo pero está mantenido y muy limpio

1. STAFF: Very friendly and took care of our safety concerns (e.g. booking us a taxi in the middle of the night, upon arrival at the hotel from the airport as we were hungry and the streets around the hotel did not look so safe ). They always had a smile to their face, very polite, very caring and took care of our taxi needs for the entire week that we were there. 2. THE SIZE OF THE ROOM: We got a suite and the size was great for us. Although the decor could use a bit of update, the size and the comfort of the room was fabulous.

This is not something that the hotel can control : The side streets / streets and neighbourhood that it was in is not ideal. It is rather dirty and seem unsafe. However, since the university reunion that we were there for was at the St. Paul's University ( for College of Nurses ) was in the area, it was easier for us to stay at that particular hotel as it was only 2 km away from the University grounds.

Accommodatie gekozen vanwege de locatie en het zwembad. Prachtig zwembad waar we ook nog gebruik van mochten maken toen we uitgecheckt hadden. Heel fijn omdat we ‘s avonds pas vlogen. Groot winkelcentrum op looopafstand waar we nog konden winkelen en gegeten hebben.

Voor wat we betaalden, prima. Suite rook wat muf in zit gedeelte.

The staff was nice and the room was fairly clean.

The AC did not cool and the electrical outlets were outdated and I could not use my laptop and the place was in a dangerous dirty rundown location

The view from room balcony was bad.

I come back every year as long as it stays the same
