Royal Luxury Hotel Lahore

Rooms were spacious, airy, clean, well decorated.... Bed linens were clean (+ point)... Staff was hospitable.... Food was tasty and available (whatever I ordered)... Overall stay was comfortable....

I liked everything but a little suggestion for the owners that washrooms should have both western and indian commodes available, as some people don't use western commode in public places ( hygiene concerns).... Also shower should be available outside bathtub too.... Warm water was a little issue first 2 days but later solved so no complains....

It's essential to look for a combination of comfortable accommodations, excellent amenities, attentive service, and a convenient location.

Awaiting time just do quickly because sometime guests are to much tired and have no capacity to wait.

What a welcome to rude behaviour thank u for service night duty receptionlist I have 3rd time stay this hotel but this time i surprised very rude behaviour night receptionist I sad you can charge 5k and reaming balance i will pay checkout but no sense the talking to customers

No lamp working no soap a washroom bedsheet are not clean i have book a room with a nice picture but totally different room ...Room number 506 Breakfast are not complementary and booking.com breakfast are complementary they charge the breakfast..i m very disappointed this time...1st & 2nd experience was good but this time not a good so leave the hotel just 1 night stay ... Not recommended...thanks
