I recently had the pleasure of staying at Premier Inn Grand Gulberg, Lahore, and overall, my experience was excellent. From check-in to check-out, the service was professional, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. I would particularly like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Inam at the Front Desk, whose courteous manner, attentiveness, and willingness to assist made a lasting impression. His exceptional customer service truly enhanced my stay. The hotel is well-maintained, conveniently located, and offers a comfortable environment for both business and leisure travellers. The staff throughout the property were friendly, polite, and always eager to help. There are, however, a couple of areas where I believe improvements could be made. The breakfast selection, whilst satisfactory, could benefit from a wider variety of dishes to cater to different tastes and preferences. In addition, some of the mattresses may be due for replacement, as the springs could be felt and slightly affected overall sleeping comfort. That said, these were only minor points in what was otherwise a wonderful stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the hotel and greatly appreciated the hospitality shown by the entire team. I would not hesitate to recommend Premier Inn Grand Gulberg, Lahore to others and will most certainly choose to stay here again on my future visits.
