Location and cleanliness.

The pillows and amenities. There was no hot water kettle or even single water bottle without charges in the room.

"Not very Pleasant Stay."

Rates were acceptable and inline with the market rate .but bathroom accessories were not up to the mark.. We were two adults in one room and they were supposed to provide us washing gadgets as two sets but provided one set only.

They are NOT state-Forward . The receptionist told me that he has upgraded my room to executive room but gave me the same standard delux room. Secondly, they don’t provide water bottle as free and charge Rs 200/ bottle. But finally didn’t charge and gave us as Complimentary at the time of check out.
